1. Make clear that the situation customer are meeting with and the topology.
Customer are using SMC1.0 to control the conference, this time due to the enrich the sites customer wants to upload the license, but after the operation, we found that the MM which works fine before now have a promption of invalid sysID.
2. After we make clear the situation, the question occurs after we uploaded the license,so we doubt it`s relative with the operation about uploading the license，
Here we should know, the license of SMC1.0 is quite different with other product, we can`t activate it in the website of FNO, usually we make it manually, and is relative with the network card.
A. After we get the license from customer side, we find that license options is empty, so we are sure the problem is caused by the license.
B. Because of the period of making license is very long, and now the MM can`t work, so we give a temporary way to handle it. We can add SYSID in the sysID options.
C. Because there is no system service with MM, so we just reboot the software, it will distinguish the sysid, and then create a new sysid sentence, supporting 1 facility by default.
D. After we finish it, MM can works fine, we send the new license file to license center, and attach the requirement, contract no, we can get the new license.
