1. Know the details of customer.
Customer feedback that after used license huawei provided, it can`t be uploaded. First we should know that the operation step customer did. And before we met some situation that uploaded the license failed. It`s a little similar with this situation. The step we can refer to the《TE30 upload license failed》。Customer feedback it`s not upgrade failed, but can`t uploaded, this button of import can`t work.

2. So now we know this button can`t work, usually it`s caused by the environment of customer, what we suggest is to change another computer or another browser. But customer feedback the issue remains though do as our suggestions.
3. If it`s not the reason of customer side, so we doubt it`s caused by the TE30, we try to use restore it factory or minimum upgration. The issue still remains. And customer feedback all of the function is same. Only here we can`t choose `import` button.
4. Here we can`t find the root reason. And casually we find customer are using IE11. We try to reoccur the issue in the lab. And find the issue.
