ethernet module is showing unregisterd in Quidway S7700

Issue Description
facing issue in S7706 cores witch when we are checking device slots, its showing unregistered rest all slots are registered

Handling Process
asked customer for about the card and after checking it shows that this card is needing POE power in order to operate properly but customer wasn't install it so after asking customer to installPOE soket then we checked and the result is the card has been registered successfully
Root Cause
We found the problem, 48 port switch is PoE but the chassis don’t have PoE power. We installed power on PoE socket then it has registered the device

48 port switch is PoE but the chassis don’t have PoE power. We installed power on PoE socket then it has registered the device, so you  have to check firstly whether your card need POE power or notand if needed you have to have POE power in order to let it register
