1. Checking the gateway IP and port to confirm if the communication between the client and the AG server is normal.
2. Collect the logs of the AG server to check the communication progress: /var/FusionAccess/vAG/logs/gw*.log
3. Collect the logs of the VNC on the client: C:\Program Files\Huawei\HDPClient\vnclog.txt
At last, we find that the client send the conmmunication message to the wrong gateway IP in the vnclog.txt, which is different from the one in the FusionAccess system as below:
