Issue Description
A customer configured an AR to connect to IMS network using SIP AT0 trunk. After he finished the configuration, the SIP AT0 trunk can register to IMS network, local IP Phone can call each other, but the outgoing call didn’t work.
This is the topology:

In the topology, the local IP Phone user 901454 and 901455 can call each other. But either 901454 or 901455 can’t call outside Phone number 901788.

The related voice configuration in AR2200:

Handling Process
(1) Checked the license, and founded the CT item was included.
(2) Check the state of trunk-group, and it turned out normal.
[FWO_AR2200_A]disp voice trunk-group sip123
  Config
  Trunkgroup name                 : sip123
  Description                     :
  Sigtype                         : sip
  ……
Register mode                   : Trunk circuit register
SIP trunk group state           : Normal  //that state is normal.
  Local signalling IP             : 172.16.22.1
  Local signalling IP address name:
  Local signalling port           : 5060
  Local media IP                  : 172.16.22.1
Local media IP address name     :

(3) Captured packet in the outgoing call, and there is not any Voip call information. So the outgoing call must be rejected by AR2200 itself.

(4) Check the configuration of AR, the callprefix and afterroute-change are correct. If the customer dialed 1901788, after the following configuration, the actual outgoing number was changed to 901788.
callprefix test
  prefix 1
  call-type category basic-service attribute 0
  digit-length 1 20
  destination-location inter-office
  callroute trunkgroup1 sip123

afterroute-change 1
  callprefix 1
caller no-change //the caller will not change
  called del 5 1  //delete the outgoing callprefix “1”
  trunk-group sip123
But the caller number 901454 will not change. From another configuration, we can see that only 454 can make outgoing call.
trunk-sipat0 +92901454 default-called-telno 454 caller-telno 454
But since there is no national-prefix, so AR can use 454 to call outside.
Before change:
trunk-sipat0 +92901454 default-called-telno 454 caller-telno 454
After change:
trunk-sipat0 +92901454 default-called-telno 901454

After that, the outgoing can work.
Root Cause
(1) No national-prefix configuration
(2) the caller number in outgoing call is not same as the register default called and caller number.
Solution
Change the register  default called and caller number.
Suggestions
If no national-prefix , when configure SIP AT0 trunk, the default called number should be same as that number after route changed.
