Solution:
Can you check to see if you can perform these operations:
1.    Chats appear in pop-up windows, so you must allow pop-ups for it to work properly. For instructions, visit the support page for your browser: (Internet Explorer)  (Chrome) (Firefox) (Safari).
2.    Live Web Chat uses JavaScript. Disable any browser add-ons or settings that block JavaScript.
3.    When you view pages on the internet, your browser caches them for faster reloading times. If you have tried the above steps and they didn’t work, delete your web cache, then try again: (Internet Explorer) (Firefox) (Chrome)  (Safari).
4.    Try another supported browser. Live Web Chat supported browsers are  Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
5.    Occasionally, an outdated version of Adobe Flash may cause issues with Live Web Chat. Update Flash to be sure it's not causing issues with your chat.
