MSTP was not able to sync between huawei and cisco/maipu switch

Issue Description
Multiple switch in network became the root bridge , MSTP was not synching properly between switches,

from the observation it found out that there is some vlan mismatch in configuration
Maipu (instance 1 vlan 411 to 555) includes all vlan between 411 to 555 ,

after making vlan configuration similar on all switches as above highlighted and revision level is configured on cisco switch , only one switch became root in network as expected ,

for MSTP to work proper between devices , following are important charecteristic and must be properly configured,
 
 *   MSTP must be enabled on all switches
 *  Same region name should be configured.
 *  Same VLAN-to-instance mapping
 *  Same MSTP revision number
