Issue Description
The user interface (UI) displays a communication failure. And NetEco fails to collect electricity parameters. What should be done?
Solution
Possible Causes:
1) Communication of the coulometer YD2010, current signal collection module YM-IW3, and Boolean value collection module YM-DD32 are interrupted.
2) Communication between the PDF UI and the NetEco is interrupted.

Procedure:

Step 1
Check whether power supplies to the YD2010, YM-IW3, and YM-DD32 are normal.

Y: If Run indicators on the three devices are on, power supplies are normal. Go to Step 4.
N: If a RUN indicator is off, the power supply is faulty. Go to Step 2.

Step 2 Check the status of circuit breaker of power 1 and power 2 indicator (L3).

If the circuit breaker is ON, go to Step 3.
If the circuit breaker is OFF, switch it on.

Step 3 Check whether the power cable is properly connected.

Y: If the power cable is properly connected, check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 4.
N: If the power cable is connected incorrectly, reconnect it.

Step 4 Check whether the communications cables between the NetEco UI and the YD2010, YM-IW3, and YM-DD32 are connected properly.

Y: If the communications cable is properly connected, check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 5.
N: If the communications cable is connected incorrectly, reconnect it.

Step 5 Check whether the communications cable between the UI and the NetEco is connected properly.

Y: If the communications cable is properly connected, check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
N: If the communications cable is connected incorrectly, reconnect it.
