Issue Description
The temperature is normal, but the heat detector generates a continuous alarm, what should be done?
Solution
Possible Causes:
1) The heat detector is faulty, for example, the internal circuit is faulty.
2) The circuit is abnormal.

Procedure:

Step 1 Check whether the ambient temperature and humidity sensor works properly.

Under normal temperatures, use a multimeter to measure the common terminal (base terminal 1) and normally open (NO) terminal (base terminal 2) and check whether the multimeter generates a beep sound.

Y: If the multimeter generates a beep sound, the heat detector is faulty. Replace the heat detector and check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 2.
N: If no beep sound is generated, and the heat detector is normal. If the fault persists, go to Step 2.

Step 2 Check whether the heat detector is connected to the base and skylight ceiling controller properly.

Use a multimeter to check the heat detector for short circuits or disconnection section by section.

Y: If the circuit is faulty, replace the circuit and check whether the fault persists.
Y: If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
N: If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
N: If the circuit is normal but the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
