Issue Description
How to Deal With the Larger of the Device Real-time Monitoring Value
Solution
Prerequisites:
You have created the devices on NetEco and collected the device parameters.

Context:
Referring to this section when any problems appeared on Device Monitor as the following figure.

If some parameters does not contained in the device, the collection value will be larger when NetEco real-time monitoring the device and collect the device parameters, take the UPS2000 for an example to describe how to deal with this problem.

The collection value will be larger when any one of the following two conditions appeared on the UPS2000:

• The UPS2000 only contains single-phase voltage, but NetEco collects three-phase voltage data for the UPS2000, so both B and C road voltage will be larger except A road voltage appeared normal , as shown in Figure 1.
• The temperature and humidity parameters can be collected when the UPS2000 has been connected to the temperature and humidity sensor, the UPS temperature and humidity value will be larger appeared on Device Monitor of NetEco, when the UPS2000 has not been connected to the temperature and humidity sensor.

Determine whether the larger parameter is contained in the device to solve these problems.

• The larger parameter is contained in the device, please contact to Huawei technical support.
• The larger parameter is not contained in the device, referring the following steps, delete the unnecessary collected parameter on Monitoring Configuration.

Procedure:

1) Delete the unnecessary collected parameters one by one when there are less device.

a. Login in the NetEco, select Performance > Monitoring Configuration.
b. Input the device you want to search on Managed Object, such as UPS2000, click Search.

c. Check the selection box before the unnecessary collected parameters, click  , as shown in Figure 3. 

Take the unnecessary collected parameters B Phase Input Bypass Voltage and B Phase Input Voltage for an example, select the unnecessary collected parameters according to the actual requirements.

d. The unnecessary collected parameters on Realtime Monitoring of UPS2000 will not appeared when deleted it, as shown in Figure 4.

2) Batch delete the unnecessary collected parameters when there are more devices.

a. Login in the NetEco, select Performance > Template Configuration.
b. Select the device type on the left navigation.

Take UPS2000 for an example, select the device type according to the actual requirements.

c. Check the selection box before the unnecessary collected parameters, as shown in Figure 6.

Take the unnecessary collected parameters B Phase Input Voltage and C Phase Input Voltage for an example, select the unnecessary collected parameters according to the actual requirements.

d. Click Application.

After setting, B Phase Input Voltage and C Phase Input Voltage can not be collected by UPS2000 devices on NetEco.
