Issue Description
The controller has no outputs.
Solution
Possible Cause:The battery voltage is lower than the minimum value, or the battery voltage is higher than the maximum value, or the controller protects against overtemperature, or the load experiences an overcurrent or short circuit, or the battery low voltage disconnection (BLVD) voltage is set to a value higher than the maximum value, or the battery working mode is incorrectly setting.

Measure:

 1、The battery voltage is lower than the minimum value: Charge storage batteries until the battery voltage reaches the recovery threshold.

 2、The battery voltage is higher than the maximum value: If the storage batteries are not being charged, replace them. For details, see Replacing a Storage Battery."

  3、The controller protects against overtemperature: Check that the ventilation and heat dissipation environment for the ICC are normal and that the output does not experience an overcurrent.

  4、The load experiences an overcurrent or short circuit: Check the loads.

  5、The battery low voltage disconnection (BLVD) voltage is set to a value higher than the maximum value: Restore the default settings by referring to the PowerCube 500 (video surveillance device) Quick Installation Guide (V100R001C01).

  6、The battery working mode is incorrectly set.
