Alarm Information
Computer says the domain could not be contacted .

Handling Process

1. Ping CCICE.COM.MX in that computer ,ping fail.

2. There is no IPV6 DNS configured on this PC, also there is no private IPV6 DNS in this network ,that is why the IP cannot ping the domain.
Root Cause
There is no IPV6 DNS configured on this PC, also there is no private IPV6 DNS in this network ,that is why the IP cannot ping the domain ,we need way to ensure the the PC can reach this domain name.
Solution
Because S7700 to the domain server is reachable ,we can configure  S7700 as a DNS server to resolve the domain name ,and by this way Computer can join the domain.

1. Configure the IPV6 DNS server in S7700.
         ipv6 host CCICE.COM.MX  2030::10 ( 2030::10  is the Domain Server),
2. Configure  the gateway  2030::1 as a  local DNS in PC, After this configuration ,the PC can resolve the domain
      PC  in switch and join it .
Suggestions
When deploy the IPV6 service ,please make a full planning on DNS64 server ,we recommend to deploy the DNS64 server in the LAN.
