解决USG9500 设备接口流量异常问题。

问题描述
某局点客户使用2台USG9520双机热备后通过eth-trunk上联S9306交换机,当前发现接口eth-trunk出现异常情况,看不到流量增长。

拓扑如下:


告警信息

无论ping该接口下对端的哪个地址,该子接口下的in方向计数都没变化。

处理过程
根因
   检查设备配置,没有发现明显的问题。设备版本也较新。查询相关资料发现对于GE子接口视图、Eth-Trunk子接口,如果要查看子接口下的流量统计功能,需要在该接口下通过命令 statistic enable 来配置子接口下的流量的统计功能。

解决方案
在eth-trunk接口上配置该命令后测试,问题解决。可以看到流量。
