FusionAccess R5C10 Loggetter Server Fails to Parse a Backup Result File

Issue Description
FusionAccess: R5C10SPC100
Symptom:
The customer report they receive a alarm on fusionaccess portal "Loggetter Server Fails to Parse a Backup Result File".

Handling Process
1: Ping the loggetter server IP from ITA,it is reachable;
2: Login the loggetter server and check the service"Huawei Loggetter" status,it is started;
3: Collect the file "C:\backupresult\backupresult.xml" from the loggether server;
4: Collect the windows system logs from the loggether server.
Root Cause
1: The Loggether backup script runs at 3:00 AM everyday,but when we open the backupresult.xml file,we find the script didn't run at 3:00 AM,and the  the LogServer application start at 07:48.

2: When we check the windows system log,we can find there was a power shutdown,and the server start at 7:46.


Because the loggetter server was shutdown,so the backup task can't run,that is why the customer receive the alarm.
Solution
The  loggether backup script runs at 3:00 AM everyday,so we can ignore the alarm on fusionaccess portal,when the script run next day,the alarm will dispear.
