Issue Description
VM BSOD occurs because Windows system files are damaged.
Alarm Information
The BSOD error code is 0x00000050
Handling Process
1. Log in to the VNC portal.
The BSOD is displayed. The BSOD cause is win32k.sys.


2. Query the information about win32k.sys on the Internet.
The BSOD may occur because the win32k.sys file is infected with viruses and damaged.

3. Obtain the win32k.sys file from the C:\Windows\System32 directory on a normal VM that runs the same OS. Access the OS in safe mode and replace the original file with the new one.
Note: The win32k.sys file may be undeletable because it is a system file. Assign administrator right to this file, change the file name to win32k.sys.old, and copy the normal win32k.sys file to this directory.
