AR2220路由器E1线路与远端Cisco设备互联,连接端口无法Up

问题描述
AR2220配置2E1-M板卡连接运营商E1线路,与远端的Cisco设备互联,线路联通后端口物理无法Up。

告警信息
在AR2220上执行display controller e1命令检查E1的接口状态,发现接口的物理层状态为Down。

在AR2220上Ping对端设备的IP地址,发现无法Ping通。
处理过程
步骤 1 查看设备的型号及软件版本。执行display versiondisplay device命令检查设备的版本及板卡状态,确定设备版本是V200R005,2E1-M板卡加载状态正常。

步骤 6 继续在运营商光端机端口本地打环进行测试,测试结果显示光端机端口状态为Down。确认是运营商光端机端口连接错误。调整端口连接,故障排除。
