S12708下挂用户长ping服务器出现个别丢包

问题描述
在PC上Ping服务器共5006个包有2个丢包,通过分段做流量统计发现,S12700有收到5006个回程ICMP回程报文,但只转发了5004个报文,即S12708上有丢包情况。
处理过程
确定丢包的时间为10月18日下午的14:22、14:26、14:34这三个时间,而对应的时间点127设备上都收到了很多TC报文:

TC报文产生的原因是stp拓扑的改变,考虑到现网并没有拓扑的改变,检查边缘端口是否配置。发现接入交换机与PC连接的端口并没有配置边缘端口,在接入交换机配置边缘端口后,问题得到解决。
根因
拓扑改变的时候,stp会清除arp表项,当arp刷新流程没有及时收到arp回应时,S12700交换机接收到的Ping报文因为查找不到出端口则会发生丢包,当arp刷新完成后则能够正常ping通。
