交换机电口不UP排查思路?
解决方案

S1:检查端口是否被人为shutdown;(通过命令display interface查看)

<S5700>display interface GigabitEthernet 0/0/11
GigabitEthernet0/0/11 current state : Administratively DOWN (若为管理down,表示此端口被人为关闭,请进入接口下执行undo shutdown)
Line protocol current state : DOWN

S2:检查两端双工和速率配置是否一致;(通过命令display interface查看)

如果是非自协商,需确认对端是否同样为强制模式,speed与duplex配置是否与本端端参数一致;

如果是自协商,检查对端是否也为自协商,若两端都为自协商但无法UP,尝试两端关闭自协商,并将端口速率与双工强制成一致;

强制速率方法如下:

[S5700-GigabitEthernet0/0/11]speed 1000              //配置速率为1000M(速率配置以实际情况为准)
[S5700-GigabitEthernet0/0/11]duplex full            //配置双工模式为全双工

S3:更换网线或接口下配置virtual-cable-test进行线缆测试;(若测试结果不OK,请更换网线再测)

如,对以太电口G0/0/11连接进行电缆进行检测:

参数说明:
1)Pair A/B/C/D——表示电缆的4对线。
2)Pair X length——表示电缆长度:

  • 有故障时为接口到故障位置的长度。
  • 无故障时为电缆的实际长度。
  • 未接电缆时为默认长度0m。

3)Pair X state——表示网线状态:

  • Ok(正常):表示线对(PAIR)正常终结。
  • Open(开路):表示线对开路。
  • Short(短路):表示线对短路。
  • Crosstalk(串扰):表示线对之间有串音(相互有干扰)。
  • Unknown(未知):其他未知故障原因。 

S4:物理自环或者交换机上配置loopback internal进行端口测试;

可通过display interface XXX查看接口是否UP,如测试成功会显示端口UP,如依然不UP,查看接口input和output方向数据是否有增长,并收集上述测试信息,联系华为工程师。
