Issue Description
If the SoftConsole is bound with terminals and a call is connected to the SoftConsole, the bound terminal can answer the call; however, the client running on a PC does not display prompt messages. If the SoftConsole is not bound with terminals, the call is discontinuous.
Handling Process
Step 1 Check the PC Windows firewall list or the antivirus software firewall list. Ensure that the console client software is added to the trusted program list.

Step 2 Check the codec configurations on the console client. If iLBC and G723 codes are selected, deselect them.

Step 3 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.

The possible causes are as follows:
  • The console client software is not added to the trusted program list of the PC firewall. As a result, some messages are discarded.
  • The duration for packetizing RTP packets is incorrect.
