Failure to Make Incoming Calls When the Prefix is Incorrectly Configured

Issue Description
When a non-SoftCo user calls a SoftCo user A (28420666) through a trunk, the system plays an announcement indicating that the called number does not exist.
Handling Process
Step 1 Run the show subscriber dn <called number> command to check whether the called number exists. If the called number does not exist, run the config add subscriber command to add the called number.

Step 2 Run the show prefix command to view all configured prefixes. If the prefix corresponding to the called number is not in the configured prefixes, run the config add prefix command to add the prefix. If the prefix is in the configured prefixes, run the show prefix dn <string> command to view the value of If4PSTN. If the value is no, run the config modify prefix dn <string> if4pstnprefix yes command to change the value to yes.

Step 3 Run the show prefix dn <string>command to check whether the called number change rule is configured and the new number exists on the SoftCo. If the called number change rule is incorrectly configured, run the config add predeal command to add a change rule and run the config modify prefix dn <string> cldpredeal yes cldindex <New Change index> command to apply the new rule to the prefix.

Step 4 Run the show prefix dn <string> command to view the maximum number length of the prefix. If the maximum number length is smaller than the called number length, run the config modify prefix dn <string> max <number> command to set the maximum number length to a value larger than the called number length.

Step 5 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.

----End
Root Cause
1.  The called number does not exist on the SoftCo.

2.  The prefix corresponding to the called number is not configured or the value of if4pstnprefix is no.

3.  The called number is changed based on the number change index. The changed number does not exist on the SoftCo.

4.  The maximum number length of the prefix is smaller than the called number length.
