At the office, four switchboards are configured and extensions in other three switchboards are normal. Only some phones in the switchboard 865966032778 fail to make outgoing calls, and the phones have long numbers.
Step 1 Check whether the multi-call permission is granted for the switchboard number that the carrier provides for the SoftCo on the carrier network. If the multi-call permission is not granted, contact the carrier to grant it.
Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
