Users cannot hear the prompt tone "The call is being forwarded" during call forwarding (CF).
Step 1 Run the show softargu command to view the value of software parameter 270. If the displayed value is 0, the prompt tone is not played. Then run the config softargu type 270 value  command to set the value to 1.
Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
Software parameter 270 is incorrectly configured.
