All Users Cannot Make Incoming and Outgoing Calls Because the Bill Pool Is Full

Issue Description
All users cannot make calls to other intra-office or outer-office users. Outer-office users cannot make incoming calls to intra-office users. For all calls, an announcement is played indicating that the bill pool is full.
Handling Process
Fault Locating
Check the status of the bill pool, and find the reason why the bill pool is full.

Solution:

Step 1 Run the show billpool state command to check the status of the bill pool. The bill pool is full.

Step 2 Run the show billserver state command to check the bill server connection status. The bill server is in Fault state.

Step 3 Contact onsite personnel. It is leaned that the bill server is not configured during deployment.

Bills generated by the system are stored in the bill pool, and finally the bill pool becomes full.

Step 4 Clear the bill pool.

1. In the debug mode, run the debug debug_pid bill_server cmd 45 p1 <0-4294967295> p2 <0-4294967295> command to delete bills, where p1 indicates the start ID of bills to delete, and p2 indicates the number of bills to delete. For example:
debug debug_pid os_pid_bill_server cmd 45 p1 0 p2 479999
2. Run the config createbill switch off command to stop generating bills.
