光缆质量不好,导致设备对接时端口DOWN。

问题描述

新安装的2台NE40E-X16设备,采用10GE SFP+模块对接,2台NE40E-X16设备的端口上查看光功率都在正常范围内,但端口一直都是DOWN状态。

处理过程

1.查看光口的信息,光口的收发光在正常范围内,从下面的标红的字段可以看见收光的值在他后面[]内的参数之间,证明收发光正常。

2.更换2端的光模块,故障仍存在。

3.用一根新的光纤,将光模块环回,端口可以正常UP。

4.运营商更换传输光缆,2台设备端口都UP,障碍恢复。

根因

由于光缆质量不好,虽然设备2端收光值在正常范围内,但端口协商时会出现问题,端口会一直DOWN。

解决方案

更换传输光缆。

建议与总结

对于此种情况,不能只看光口收发光的值。要经过端口的光纤外环,更换光模块,更换光纤等方式逐一排查,直到障碍解决。
