FAQ-Frequent Recording Interruptions After a Camera Has the IR Function Enabled

Issue Description
You have enabled the IR function for a camera. When you go to the Playback tab page of the eSpace IVS C/S client and search for recordings of the camera, you find that the daytime recordings are normal but nighttime recordings are frequently interrupted. 
Solution
Step 1 Check whether the power adapter used by the camera meets the specifications.

Note:
For details about the power adapter specifications, see the User Guide of the camera.
  • If yes, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
  • If no, use a power adapter that meets the specifications and go to the next step.
Step 2 Check whether the fault is rectified.

If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
