FusionAccessR5C20 failed to deploy VM due to vdesktop_user accounts' wrong password

Issue Description:

When deploy the full-copy VM,the task failed, and receive the error ”Failed to obtain computer names of newly created VMs”.

Alarm Information

Receive the error ”Failed to obtain computer names of newly created VMs”.

Handling Process

We analyzed the ITA logs, find many errors like below, it means the access from ITA to the VM by WinRM was denied.

Root Cause

This issue can be caused by two reasons:

1): Network connection failure, like windows firewall or antivirus block the communication port.

We already login the VM, and checked windows firewall was disabled, and no antivirus software.

2): The password of the vdesktop_user account recorded on FusionAccess Portal was wrong,the ITA use the wrong password when accessing the VM,so it is denied. By default, it should be Huawei123#

Solution
After we fill the correct password again on the FusionAccess Portal, this issue resolved.
Suggestions

1:When create the user VM template,make sure to disable the windows firewall and any other kind of anti-virus software;

2:Make sure the password of the vdesktop_user account recorded on FusionAccess Portal is correct.
