Issue Description
Applicable Models:
DEC6001-E HD decoder and all cameras that support the corridor format.

Symptom:

When you play video feeds from a camera on the video wall through the DEC6001-E HD decoder, the message "RESOLUTION DOES NOT MATCH" is displayed.
Handling Process
Step 1 Check whether the configurations on video source input or video output on the video wall exceed the decoder's decoding capability by referring to Table 3-2 and Table 3-3.
  • If yes, go to Step2.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
Step 2 Modify related configurations according to the actual cause.
  • If the video source input configurations exceed the decoding capability, lower the camera resolution and frame rate or disable the corridor format.
  • If the configurations on video output on the video wall exceed the decoding capability, change the channel node of the decoder.
Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
