Issue Description
Applicable Models:
This fault may occur on all IPC models.

Symptom:

After the IP camera is upgraded, the web management system cannot be accessed.
Handling Process
Step 1 Delete the browser cache.

Proceed as follows: (Internet Explorer 8 is used as an example.)

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Choose Tools > Internet Options > General.
3. Click Delete.
    The Delete Browsing History dialog box is displayed.
4. Select all check boxes.
5. Click Delete.

Step 2 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
