Issue Description

IPC1601, IPC1602, IPC2602, IPC5602, IPC5603, IPC1201-VR, IPC2203-VR, IPC2202-VR, IPC5202-VR, IPC5201-VR, IPC1701-VR-VP, 2702-VF-VP, IPC5702-VR-VP, IPC1701-VF-VP, IPC2702-VR-VP, IPC1801-Z36, IPC1901-Z36, IPC2802-Z18, IPC2902-Z18, IPC5802-Z20 and IPC5902-Z20.

Symptom:

The PTZ or PTZ camera cannot be controlled.
Handling Process
Step 1 Change the protocol, baud rate, and address in the web management system to those used by the PTZ or PTZ camera.

Step 2 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, go to Step 3.
Step 3 Check the signal strength and connect the signal cable properly.

  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
