Issue Description
When Are SNMP Trap Messages Reported in the Case That Layer-2 and Layer-3 Interfaces on the USG Become Up or Down?
Solution
The firewall monitors the status of interfaces based on their layers (Layer 2 or Layer 3). That is, the firewall monitors the physical status of Layer 2 interfaces and reports trap messages in the event of status change. The firewall monitors the protocol status of Layer 3 interfaces and reports trap messages in the event of status change.
