Garbled characters are displayed on the web interface. What can I do?
Currently, the 9000 series endpoints support the following browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0, Internet Explorer 7.0, Internet Explorer 8.0, Firefox 2.0, and Firefox 3.0.
Use one of these browsers to access the endpoint web interface.
If you are already using one of these browsers and garbled characters are still present, the problem may be caused by the browser encoding. Open your browser, right-click a blank area, choose Encoding, and then choose an appropriate encoding format.
