Issue Description
How to Change the IP Addresses of Tabletop Displays?
Solution
Step 1 Update the tabletop displays independently or use the telepresence host to upgrade them at a time.

NOTE:
The Telnet function is by default, disabled for the tabletop displays upon delivery. It can be enabled after you update the tabletop displays.

Step 2 Change the computer IP address so it is on the same network segment as the internal network IP address of the telepresence host.

Step 3 Use the user name debug and password debug to telnet to a tabletop display whose IP address you want to change. Run the main ipaddr2 172.16.X.30 command to set the tabletop display IP address to 173.16.X.30+DIP switch value.

The settings take effect immediately, terminating the Telnet connection.

Step 4 Use the user name debug and password debug to telnet to the tabletop display again. Run the main closeTelnet command to disable the Telnet function.

Step 5 Change the internal network segment for the telepresence host so it is the same as that for the tabletop displays.

NOTE:
During this operation, the telepresence host disconnects from the codecs and camera. When the change takes effect, the telepresence host automatically connects to the tabletop displays.

Step 6 Perform the following operations on the three codecs in turn:
1. Change the internal network IP address of a codec to be on the same network segment as the IP address of the telepresence host.

2. Change the IP address of the telepresence host to its new internal network IP address.

3. Change the internal network subnet mask of the codec to 255.255.0.0.

Perform the following operations on the telepresence host:

1. Change the internal network subnet mask of the telepresence host to 255.255.0.0.

2. Change the IP addresses of the codecs to their new internal network IP addresses.

When the changes take effect, the telepresence host automatically connects to the codecs and camera.

----End

NOTE:
If you are using tabletop displays in HUAWEI TA100 V100R001C01B923SP02 or later, you can restore their default IP addresses to 172.16.21.3X as follows: In the normal system, slide the DIP switch 2 on a tabletop display downward. Restart the tabletop display. After the restart, slide the DIP switch 2 upward.
