The CTT fails to connect to the telepresence host.
Step 1 On the telepresence host web interface, enable the CTT user account. Click System Settings. Under CTT user on the Users tab, set Account status to Enable and set the password, as shown in Figure 6-1.

Step 2 Under Site Name Display on the General tab, set HTTPS settings to Disable, as shown in Figure 6-2.

Step 3 Use the new password to log in to the CTT and connect to the telepresence host again.
The CTT user account has not been enabled on the telepresence host.
