The VM provision failed in V1R5 FusionAccess

Issue Description
when customer provision VM,susyem reported the VM provision failed, and the failed reason is joindomain failed.
Alarm Information
VM failed to joindomain.
Handling Process

1.check the ITALOG,the log display this error:the specified domain either does not exist or could be contacted.


2.login into VM, check the DNS IP address is the IPV6 address, this IP address is not correct.if customer use this DNS name that can not find the domain.

 


3. check with onsite support ENG.the DHCP should be configured on customer's core switch.corrected the DNC IP,the issue fixed.


 

Root Cause
