ITA installation error on V1R5 FusionAccess

Issue Description

Alarm Information

NO warning, just report error :Tomcat user name and password is not correct, please reenter.

Handling Process

1、we used the vdesktop\itaserviceuser  account to login ITA VM, it was worked.means the account user name and password are correct.and the VM is connect good with AD.

2、check the AD was provided by customer.and the support format is:

this format is not meet our system's requirement. so it needs to modify the format in our system.the new format file:DomainUserValidation.exe be provided by RD, and we used this new file to replaced the old one in currect VM. the path is: C:\Users\Current user\AppData\Local\Temp

3、after file replacing, customer can install again.

Root Cause
system format is not compatibility with customer's AD. it needs modified by manual.

RD provided the DomainUserValidation.exe file.

it will replaced the old one in system. after that,issue fixed.


if the AD be provided by customer.please check the format is matcing or not.
