Issue Description
A user under the Asterisk gateway fails to make a call to a PSTN user through the U1910, and a message indicating limited call permissions is displayed. The default call permission of the trunk between the Asterisk gateway and U1910 is inter&local. The outgoing call permission from the U1910 to the PSTN is ddd.
The following figure shows the network diagram.
Handling Process
According to logs on the U1910, the call is barred by the trunk. The default call permission of the trunk is inter&local, but the ddd permission is used to control outgoing calls. In the following information, call release error code 22 indicates call barring.
[108][0x000001ef][2015-6-07 14:31:17.19][ccm.c 37178][dwCCMNo=  478] Caller not Config, The call is restricted by TKG!

Solution
On the U1910 gateway, enable the ddd permission for the trunk connecting to the Asterisk gateway.
Complete the following configuration to resolve the problem:
[%eSpace U1910(config)]#show trunkgroup
TKCGroup Info

Suggestions

1.The default permission of the trunk on the U1910 gateway is inter&local, preventing toll fraud.

2.In the scenario where the U1910 gateway functions as a tandem office, users under the Asterisk gateway can make calls using the SIP trunk, and the calls are routed to the U1910. The U1910 considers the trunk group as a calling party, and determines whether to set up the calls based on permissions of the trunk group.
