ne40e路由器千兆光口对接收到光,但是接口无法up

问题描述

1、两台相同型号,版本相同NE40E-X8千兆光口对接,两端接口收光正常,但是接口处于down状态,无法up。

告警信息
处理过程

1、怀疑是光模块与尾纤不匹配,经与现场工程师确认光模块都为单模+1310nm+10KM,尾纤为黄色单模光纤。说明尾纤与模块相匹配。

2、建议现场工程师将接口的自协商模式更换成:自协商模式,强制协商模式(默认),接口仍然无法up。

3、建议现场确认两边对接接口的收光功率,反馈收光功率分别为:-4.67dBm,-5.44dBm。确认都在正常范围之内。

4、要求现场工程师采集两边接口状态数据:采集数据如下:

5、确认两端接口光模块传输距离不同,光模块生产厂家不同。建议现场工程师对接两端使用同型号光模块对接。经测试对接成功。

2、光口对接出问题,大概存在问题有:收光不在范围之内,光模块型号不匹配,光纤不匹配,非华为认证光模块,鸳鸯纤等。
