NMS is unable to check the NE20 VLAN statistics

Issue Description

NMS is unable to report interface vlan statistics.

Root Cause

Statistics are disabled by default for VLAN. The system gives you the posibility to enable statistics globally on vlan view or under interface for only specific vlan, which might be useful to know which VLAN is using the interface bandwidth for uplink interface trunks.

Enable statistics under vlan view.
