FAQ: can not display failed call bill through trunk on CDR server

Issue Description

some customer feedbacked that the failed incoming and outgoing call bill can not be displayed on CDR Server.only successful call bill can be displayed.

Handling Process

Success call means two users are talking , then PBX will generate bill by default. If customer want to see no successful call. Need to change 262 soft para. 

Set 262 to 1 means generate all failed call

Set 262 to 2 means generate only failed call through trunk.
