How to uninstall the plug-in?
Solution
Step 1 Run the following command to go to the plug-in installation directory:
# cd /etc
# cd "Huawei eSight Server Management Plug-in (for Nagios)"

Step 2 Run the following command to uninstall the plug-in:
# python setup.py uninstall

Step 3 When the following information is displayed, determine whether to retain user data based on the site requirements:
Do you want to retain user data?(Y/N)
If yes, enter y and pressEnter.
If no, enter n and press Enter.
The system begins to uninstall the plug-in. When the uninstallation is complete, the following information is displayed:
setup.py=> [info] uninstall success.
Done.

Step 4 Check whether the main configuration file nagios.cfg is configured correctly.
1. Run the following command to return to the Nagios user:
# su - nagios
2. Run the following command to check the main configuration file nagios.cfg.
$ /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

NOTE:
/usr/local/nagios is an installation directory example.
The nagios.cfg file is correct if the following information is displayed:
Things look okay - No serious problems were detected during the pre-flight
check
3. Run the following command to return to user root.
$ exit

Step 5 Run the following command to restart the Nagios service:
# service nagios restart
The Nagios service has restarted if the following information is displayed:
Stopping nagios: done.
Starting nagios: done.
