CE6850 V100R005C10SPC200 与CE5810 V100R005C10SPC200 Eth-Trunk ping 测试失败

问题描述

两台CE5810 分别通过410G 口与CE6850 建立两个Eth-Trunk7Eth-Trunk10,两台CE5810之间无物理连线互联,两台CE5810电口与部分服务器互联。CE6850 交换机创建VLAN 100IP 100.1.1.1/24CE5810-1 VLAN 100IP100.1.1.6/24CE5810-2 VLAN100 ,IP100.1.1.2/24,进行ping 测试时CE5810-2 100.1.1.2不通。

CE5810-2 debugging  ip icmp debugging  arp  packet,在CE6850 ping 测试,CE580未接受到任何报文。

处理过程

1、 查看每条链路收发光状态,单链路进行ping测试,测试均正常;

3、 Eth-Trunk 改为三层接口,ping 测试正常;(新测试地址:CE6850 172.1.1.1/30,CE5810-2 IP 172.1.1.2/30

5、 现场确认两台CE5810 电口连线,发现这两台交换机除了下联服务器外,还同时上联到一台根桥交换机CISCO 4948,关闭CE6850 Eth-Trunk 7, 在CE5810-2 ping CE6850测试正常;

根因

两台CE5810电口下联服务器若干,其中端口1/0/48 同时上联到同一台cisco 4948交换机上,该Cisco 4948为根桥,因为交换机默认开启MSTP,所以在CE6850CE5810互联的两个Eth-Trunk 中间肯定会阻塞一个端口,通过SVI 配置IP的方式进行ping 测试,肯定会有一个IP不通。

建议与总结

在交换机通过IP对物理连线进行验证测试时,最好是两台设备之间连线路互联测试,不要同时三台设备V字形进行物理连线,测试完一台交换机链路后,将端口关闭再测试下一对交换机物理链路,防止在测试过程中不了解现网环境,无意间造成物理环路,影响现网业务。
