MA5200 mutually connects 7XXX of C Company through transmission equipment. Enable Trunk at two MB port at MA5200 (link binding). When one port is DOWN, part of service does not communicate.
RADIUS authentication server(IP 18.104.22.168) is down!
1. Check remote link. One is up and the other is down. Two opposite links are up and they both send packets, but one does not receive packets.
2. Understand transmission equipment of the topology. When one link disrupts, opposite one cannot feel. So trunk link is abnormal and part of service disrupts.
3. Manually shut down link of MA5200 down of opposite equipment and the service is normal.
When one link of MA5200 is DOWN, MA5200 can automatically change uplink service over another link. In the middle there is transmission equipment; remote equipment cannot feel link disruption. Remote equipment continues to send packets to DOWN link and packets are discarded. The service disables.
When MA5200 interconnects data equipment through transmission equipment, not use Trunk as much as possible.
