A customer provides the feedback that the license usage information displayed on the VSM is incorrect. To view license usage information, perform the following operations:
1. Log in to the VSM client.
2. Choose Help > License Management > License Information.
3. In the License Information dialog box, view the license condition.

%IMAP_ROOT% specifies the installation directory of the VSM.
Step 2 Execute the runConvertLicense.bat file to update the calculation for VSM license usage.
