Issue Description

Click the capture button. The monitoring software displays Capturing failed.

1. Open a channel of video.
2. Capture image files while video displaying.

Root Cause

No images are displayed when the video window is being opened. That is, the front-end video frames do not arrive. Therefore, image files fail to be captured.
