Hot-swapping of E6000 blade leads the NX120 FC logical port is forbidden.

Issue Description
The 3 switch slots in E6000 are A, B and C. FC switch blade NX112 can be installed in slot B and C, which connecting MEZZ 1 ejector clip and MEZZ 2 ejector clip in blade server BH620. FC ejector clip is installed on BH6200, and connecting with NX120 switch blade. Pulling out blade server will make interruption between FC ejector clip logical port and NX120 logical port. For ensure the stabilization of FC loop, NX112 switch blade will forbid its logical port in corresponding slot. This inhibition cannot restore by itself but artificial operating.

Handling Process
NX120 FC switch blade is installed on B slot or C slot of E6000. FC ejector clip is installed on BH6200, and connecting with NX120 switch blade. Hot swapping BH620 blade will lead the inhibition of FC logical port in NX120, which can be restored by manual operation.
Connect MM610 management interface and notebook with network cable. The default IP address of NX120 is 10.77.77.77. Username: admin Password: password.

From above information we can know that NO.10 logical is forbidden. Referring to the below correspondence between blade slot and NX120 switch blade, we can know that the inhibition dues to hot-swapping of NO.10 logical port.
