TSMServer service can't start up, in the system logs can see TSMServer service, which will start up once every minute.
1. The port which is must be used by TSM for starting up is occupied.
Through the neststat –aon |find “port” find the process PID of the occupied port, and then delete PID corresponding process in "task manager".
2. The IP address registered in SC is not the configured SC address which is installed on the SC. Please modify the IP address of SC.
The installation \TSMServer\tomcat\secospace\remote.properties
The problem is caused by several reasons:
1. TSM must start the used port, (1812, 1813, 3288, 8080, 8443 and 17889) six ports are not occupied by other applications.
2. The IP address registered in SC is not the configured SC address which is installed on the SC. Generally, the phenomenon will appear after the IP address of SC server changes. Need to modify the IP address to be the IP address of the new SC sever, otherwise the new SC server can’t be used.
