Handling Process
Advice customer to provide display diagnostic-information and also display mac-address.
Find out the mac address is connected to which port and start tracing the device is connected to which port.
Find out the port is access port.
Advice customer to check on DHCP config and also user computer setting(if user configure static IP).
Advice customer to excluded and release the IP from the DHCP server.
Root Cause
DHCP overlap the network device IP.
Suggestions
Mention to the customer, do not overlap the network IP in the DHCP server, all network IP should be excluded in DHCP server.
