Alarm: "bias current too high" on device

Issue Description
Customer has reported alarms on device, with no service affectation, but the alarms are repeated:

Handling Process
We have checked the product documentation abou this alarm, this refers to an electrical power overflow over the threshold.

We have asked the display diagnostic file, and the detailed information abou the optical module
Root Cause
We have ask customer to feedback this command output:

display transceiver interface gigabitethernet  X/X/X verbose

The result is this:



With this we can check the current level of the transceiver, so we can be sure about the real values.
Suggestions
We have reached the following conclusions for this issue:

1- The optical module used on interface is not Huawei certified. 
2- The transceiver may have physical failures, what deliver a power flow variation over the threshold, and this alarm the device

As configuration, the module threshold is 10.8 mA, and the current power is 10.77. This is very close, so with any flow variation, the alarm will appear.

We have recommended to change the optical module for a new one, Huawei certified, and verify the alarms on device.

Customer perform the change and the alarms are not showed again.

We have recommended customer to only use Huawei certified modules to be sure that the operation will be normal.
