FusionCloud – Solution of FusionAccess Alarm “1000009 TCM Abnormal”

Issue Description
After enabling the alarm function on TCM components, critical alarm “1000009 TCM Abnormal” promote on FusionAccess (ITA) portal. Following the alarm handling procedure, we find the network and TCM is normal. 
Alarm Information
Critical alarm “1000009 TCM Abnormal” on FusionAccess (ITA) portal. 
Handling Process
Change ITA monitoring port number to TCM actually working port number.
1 Login ITA master server. Open configure file in path: C:\ITA\tomcat\vDesktop\WEB-INF\conf\system\SystemConf.xml
2 Search keyword ‘TcmAlarmUrlSuffix’, change data to the actual TCM working port.
  <TcmAlarmUrlSuffix>:8443/Terminal/logon.do</TcmAlarmUrlSuffix> (8443 is the TCM working port number)
3 Login ITA backup server, repeat step 1-2.
4 After 1-2 minutes, check if the alarm on FusionAccess/FusionManager is auto cleared.
Root Cause
ITA monitor TCM 8448 port by default, but TCM works on 8443 port after it was default installed. After enabling the alarm function on TCM components, ITA can’t monitor TCM 8448 port successfully even through TCM is working well on 8443 port.
