Customer cannot access to devices screen in touch pannel MVP 8400 because forgets the password:
TP1102 version: V100R001C02B030SP04.
Test with default password 2009 but didn’t work.
Restore to default values using in touch panel by “Protected Setup/System Recovery/Reset System Settings¨.
Upgrade the touch panel using the NetLinxStudioSetup v3.2.418 tool, but still cannot access using default password.
Need to upload to the touch pannel the file that has the default password 2009 name: “DefaultPassword.tkn” file using NetLinxStudioSetup v3.2.418 tool.
After load it, customer can access with password 2009 that is by default.
In best practices, is better to save all passwords of devices.
